i championed competitive analysis research on user engagement tactics and media placements (landing pages, app store optimization, emails, in-app notifications, etc.)—through nearly identical content consumption across 8 competitive music streaming platforms—to recommend experiments and strategies to increase user subscriptions and retention for youtube premium and youtube music.
by listening to the exact 600+ songs, 100+ artists, and 35+ full albums on every major music streaming service, i could ensure that the frequency and cadence of marketing communications I received wouldn’t be skewed by platform usage.

i presented at google headquarters in irvine, ca on what kma (kia motors america) could do to innovate and augment the shoppers’ online to offline experience as they go down the sales funnel by constructing recommendations after comparing the customer journeys across several oem websites on all tiers (i.e. the national, regional, and dealer levels).
my proposals are now paving the way for how kma could streamline the digital customer journey with more interactive web features such as geo-dynamic virtual reality showcases for our vehicles, native dynamic content, and more.
